Effective Date: June 7, 2025Slokker Canada West Inc. ("Slokker Homes") is pleased to offer limited-time purchase incentives in connection with the Aspen Spring Community Event on June 7, 2025. The following terms and conditions apply to all incentive offers. By participating, purchasers acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Brand New Vehicle Incentive – Juniper and Aurora ProjectsThe first five (5) customers who reserve and subsequently complete a firm purchase agreement (i.e., conditions waived and deal firmed) for a residential unit within Juniper or Aurora on June 7, 2025, will receive one (1) brand new vehicle, specifically a Chevrolet Trailblazer or a comparable model, with a total compensation value not to exceed $40,000 CAD (including applicable taxes).
Vehicle make, model, trim, and specifications are subject to change at the sole discretion of Slokker Homes without prior notice.
Alternatively, eligible purchasers may select a comparable vehicle from a designated dealership, subject to approval by Slokker Homes. The Company will issue direct payment to the dealership up to a maximum of $40,000 CAD.
All additional costs, including vehicle registration, licensing, insurance, aftermarket upgrades, extended warranties, and any other related expenses, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.Subsequent reservations made on June 7, 2025, after the first five vehicle-qualifying reservations, will instead receive a $15,000 CAD purchase price reduction, applied directly to the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
2. Wolfberry Project – Cash Discount IncentiveCustomers who reserve and subsequently complete a firm purchase agreement for a condominium unit in the Wolfberry project on June 7, 2025 will be eligible for a cash discount, based on unit type:A-Type Unit: $6,500 CAD discountB-Type Unit: $8,000 CAD discountC-Type Unit: $10,000 CAD discount
The applicable discount will be reflected in the Reservation Agreement or Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) at the time of execution.
3. Elkwood Project – Moving Expense IncentiveCustomers who reserve and subsequently complete a firm purchase agreement for a townhome in the Elkwood project on June 7, 2025, will be eligible to receive moving services within Calgary city limits, with expenses covered up to a maximum of $2,000 CAD.Moving services will be provided through Slokker Homes' designated concierge provider, VirtuoServices are non-transferable and must be coordinated through the provider.Any costs exceeding $2,000 CAD or for moves outside Calgary city limits will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
4. GST Incentive – All Eligible ProjectsFor all eligible firm purchases executed on June 7, 2025, Slokker Homes will pay the applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) on behalf of the purchaser.The GST amount will be calculated and remitted by Slokker Homes directly.The purchaser will be responsible only for the base purchase price of the unit. This incentive has no cash value and cannot be substituted or transferred.
General Terms:All incentives are valid only for firm deals resulting from reservations made on June 7, 2025, during the Aspen Spring Community Event.Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
