1. NO PAYMENT FOR ENTRY NECESSARYParticipation in the Easter Egg Hunt and related contest is completely free. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
2. ELIGIBILITYThis contest is open to all individuals who:Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;Complete all participation steps outlined during the online and offline event phases;Are physically present at the final event hosted by Slokker Canada West.Employees, agents, and representatives of Slokker Canada West, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. CONTEST PERIODThe online portion of the contest will run for several weeks leading up to the final in-person event. The contest winner will be selected at the final event at the Slokker Canada West Sales Centre.
4. HOW TO ENTERParticipants must complete a series of actions (e.g., online challenges, tasks, or interactions) during the online phase and attend the final event in person. Only those who meet all eligibility criteria and complete all required steps will be included in the prize draw.
5. PRIZE DETAILSGrand Prize: One (1) prize of a $100,000 discount applicable to the purchase of a specific townhome unit offered by Slokker Canada West.The prize is non-cash and may only be redeemed toward the purchase of the designated home unit.The discount is valid for 30 calendar days following the announcement of the winner.
6. PRIZE CONDITIONSThe prize may be transferred to another individual, provided they meet eligibility requirements.
If the selected winner does not claim the prize, declines to accept it, or does not complete the purchase of the unit within the 30-day period, Slokker Canada West reserves the right to re-draw and award the prize to another eligible participant who met all contest conditions.
The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted.
7. WINNER SELECTIONThe winner will be chosen at random from all eligible participants who meet the contest requirements. The draw will take place during the final in-person event. The decision of Slokker Canada West is final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONSBy participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules.
Slokker Canada West reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes in relation to the contest, without further compensation.
